Back to my body sculpting routine today.  Also cardio then relaxing by the pool.  If only the pool at the Y had drink service.

I did my 30 min walk with the dog and 60 mins on the bike this morning.  Wanted to sleep in but got up and did it anyway.  Glad it is over and will do it again tomorrow.

Cardio only today - 30 solid min (elliptical, treadmill)

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

A day late but I will add I did 2 aerobics classes at the gym on Labor Day!
